dc.description.abstract	Abstract. Rampah Menjangan Waterfall, Loksado is one of the wetlands area in the highland of Meratus. There was no data on butterflies inhabiting the area. This research aimed to count the diversity of butterflies. Data was collected systematically in 27 (50 m x 20 m) quadrant plots situated at the left and the right of river. The distance between a plot and another was 50 m. There were 13 butterfly species. The highest IVI (important value index) was Jamides Alecto ageladas (IVI = 24.57%), while the lowest one was Troides mirandus (IVI = 10.12%). The diversity index of butterflies was H'= 2.478.	en_US
