Evaluation is key to the success of an information system. The purpose of this paper is to generate model of
internal and external evaluation which content of construct of usefulness, ease of use, user interface
satisfaction, service quality, overall perception of service quality, and overall satisfaction of service quality of
information system. Technology acceptance model (TAM), user interface satisfaction (UIS), and SERVQUAL
are models that underlie this research. The results obtained that the internal and external constructs has a
relationship. In addition, this study generated contributed to the Education Department to be able to build
systems that meet the standards of the enrollment system and the user wishes, in this case the public as users of
services where this research also produced a prototype system that can be developed further for the purposes of
student enrollment.
