This article discusses the analysis on the character building values in sports development. The main issue
discussed in this study is: What values are built in sports development? The method for this study was
qualitative with naturalistic inquiry paradigm. The data collection was done through interviews, observations and document analysis. The participants for this study were 45 wrestlers and weightlifters consisting of athletes, coaches, instructors and the athletes families. The result showed that the values built in the sport developments are: honesty, independence and determination.
