his research is aimed to determine the clasification of trade supply in the category of fashion at Al Bayan Agencr by implementing the ABC Analysis in order to control its supply. Sampling technic used is non probability using the purposive sampling methode, The data analysis technic is ABC analysis.
The result of this research shows that out of 741 items of supply in fashion category at Al Bayan Agency there are 748 items class A (20%), 222 items class B (30%) and the rest is 377 items (500%) in the category of class C. Policy implemented in order to control supply based on the ABC result analysis is that class A is tightly controlled so that its record accuracy should often be diversified by the accumulation of supply within 1-3 months, the accuracy of forecast should be high, and also the relationship with the suppliers should be well maintained. Class B is controlled normally by monitoring the accuracy of security stock,limitation of order's values and accumulation of supply which is done within 3-6 months and the focus of attention of its supply is used the management by exception. Class C is controlled sufficiently (loose) by a simple system (propulsion system) the accumulation of supply is done within 6-12 months, orders in big parties and a sufficient security stock and unscheduled orders.
