E-learning is an Internet application that can connect between educators and learners in an online learning space. E-learning is created to avercome the limitations hetween educators and learner, particularly in terms of time and space. Use of E-learning in Higher Education are now starting to be used but its use is still limited. The limited use of E-Learning for First, human resources in the field of education, especially college lecturer on average consider that the display lecture material on the Internet is a complex job. Second, the human resources in the field of education, especially university lecturers in assuming that the average for,.hosting a website on a server that is not a required cost. Therefore to overcome these obstacles one alternative media solutions that can be used and can be utilized for purposes of E-learning is a Weblog. The development of weblogs as a medium of web based E-Learning in higher education is very potential to be developed because the cost is relatively cheap and relatively easy way of making studied.
