This research is aimed to identify an extractive content based on the stem brotowali based on stem between the base of the with the middle, the middle, between the middle and the end, and growing in the end) and the swamp lowlands. The benefits of this research is to provide useful information on society in General and the Agency in particular, about the levels of extractive on the stem so that it can be utilized in caulis extract optimal. The hypothesis of this research is differences in levels of extractive of layout part of the stem. Increasingly toward the tip of the stem then the layout substance levels declined, instead extractive increasingly toward the base of the stalk then extractive substances levels increasing. The result showed that average value of an extractive substance with the methods of extracting hot water and treatment of different instructions this shows a range between 23,80 % to with 56,00 %. The average percentage of ektraksi substances levels by using the highest hot water treatment occurs at A1B2 (swamp area with treatment taking positions between the base of the rod with the middle of Caulis extract rod) that is as much as 41.83% and the percentage levels of substances extraction by using the lowest hot water in the swamp area treatment A1B3 (with rod making positions (in the middle of the stem) Caulis extract as much 31.00%. And the average value for percentage levels of substances extraction with method of cold water extraction and treatment vary, this indicates the range between 19.50% up to 41.00%. The average percentage of substance levels of extraction by using cold water occurs in treatment A2B5 (Hill area with treatment taking positions on stem tip) which is as much as 33.67% and the percentage levels of substances extraction by using cold water on the lowest A 2B1 (treatment of the hill with the rod at the base position retrieval) of 28.00%. |
