Politics of law can reach all of the legal system from the legal system through an extensive legal subsystem. But, the generally, talks about the politics of law more focused on legal matters or in the direction of the substance and content of any law outlined to be made. The political law is the answer of questions about what to do with the law in perspective formal of state to achieve the purpose state. In this sense, the main political foothold of national law is the destination country which gave birth to the national legal system that must be built with a choice of content and particular ways. |
