SUMMARY
Global economic crisis caused industries sector which bate economics of Indonesia that would be evoke work relation disconnection. This condition pushing unemployment and increasing poor society. Agribusiness based on freshwater fishery conducting basis constitute one of productive job opportunity to absorb labour. To carried on this effort, it has to be arranged an agribusiness model of freshwater fishery based that superior and efficient. Agribusiness as a system, will develop to have coherent and in harmony with all aught system in it. Freshwater fishery at Banjar regency was quickly growing, but in its management is still some problems that will get to constrain sustanability as field of productive effort which is unoptimal input allocation, limitation of capital, value added of optimal product and marketing access limitation to exports.
This research aimed to (1 ) optimize production input purposes freshwater fishery conductings, (2 ) to know total requisitions and influential factor to see influence conducting subsystem labours of freshwater fishery, (3 ) to know industrial prospects of processing freshwater fishery, (4 ) to get fledged and accurate information of freshwater fishery conducting that potential for exported, and (5 ) to get fledged and accurate information about wishes of freshwater fishery on Banjar regency and it supports of infrastuktur, institute and also local regulation government.
The research method is survey's via primary data collecting at determined location. It’s covered observation, direct interview and also by use of questionnaire help, measurement, investigation and sampling. Specified observational location witting with consideration that location is concentration freshwater conducting in Banjar regency which is Martapura district, Karang Intan district, and Aranio's district.
The result shows that production input of freshwater fishery conducting can't yet reach optimal because amplification effort fish pond, karamba and floating net karamba is still in production phase that continually ascends. But the optimalize result production input points out if production scale have on optimum phase, therefore labour factor just bounded in gets production. Marketing system of freshwater fishery has been efficient because production amount as patin's fish, mas, and nila absorbed by local market. Prospected market export by freshwater fishery is patin's fish.
Formation group of fish farmer especially in water purpose arrangement irrigation is needed. Concerning the Institute can be done by more socialization Perda No.11 in 2009 about irrigation managements freshwater to fish farmer. Developing of patin’s proceed product can be done by giving price product not overbid suchlike price product, add about capital, knowing consumer and promotion appetite that more conspicuous consumer and market extension. Government’s role needs to make way and facility patin's fish to export. Its needs cooperative from fish farmer with college party, investor and local government for successed the freshwater fishery development at Banjar Regency. |
