This research is aiming to take completely and accurate: (1) information of fisherman fishing activities at Pagatan Besar village, (2) information of fisherman hopes to develop their firm and cooperate figure that they hope, (3) information of Lambung Mangkurat University’s sea education equipments and cooperated figure that it can make with fisherman community, and (4) formulation of partnership sea education model between Lambung Mangkurat University and fisherman community. This research use descrivtive method and feasibility study. The results showed that generally fishing firm at Pagatan Besar village is fishing firm by seasons (gillnet) and along year (bottom seine net). Investment value of gillnet more than investment value of bottom seine net. However, gillnet firm activities was more doing by fisherman of Pagatan Besar village because the activity was give more profit financial to fisherman. That is supporting by NPV analysis result at discount rate 18%, which NPV value of gillnet firm (Rp 172.876.266,81) more than NPV value of purse seine firm (Rp 67.963.946,08). And Gross BCR analysis result showed that Gross BCR value of gillnet firm (1,41) more than Gross BCR value of purse seine (1,27). In the other side, payback period of investment of gillnet firm (2,19 tahun) more long than purse seine firm (1,44 tahun). There is not formal agreement of fishing firm job system by fisherman Pagatan Besar for along time and only based on trusted. So, job relationship between owner and fisherman not formally engaged. Profit of firm was divide by profit divided system (50% profit to owner and 50% to sailorman, and captain was take bonus 10% from owner profit part). Pagatan Besar fisherman was agree to cooperated with university for along time (more than one year) in the legal cooperated and they are agree to evaluated (minimal after three times catch operation). Beside, fisherman become partner of cooperated must have primary criterions: integrity, good track record, and more experience in catch operation and firm management. Sea partnership model between university and fisherman community at Pagatan Besar village is partnership sourcing, where university preparing ship and machine, and capture equipments, and fisherman partner preparing skill and manpower. Costs operational is joint responsibility. Profit divide system will adaptation the rule of profit divide in fisherman community. |
