dc.description Progress in sugar palm semut get the attention from both the national and local governments because has a chance of export. But in reality there are still various constraints experienced by the community. There are barriers ranging from cultivation, production and marketing are still managed in a simple. looking at the potential business sugar palm semut in the Banten quite good then very expected business entities koperasi. The purpose of this research is (1) Identifies factors the internal (strength and weakness), and the factors external (opportunity and threats); (2) composing alternative agribusiness development strategy. The methodology used is analysis IFE, EFE, and IE matrix. That is prepared in a quantitative manner and SWOT matrix processed qualitative.
