Revitalization activities KKN-PPM UNG in community empowerment program is aimed to : 1) contribute the local economy improvement in the form of learning and empowerment, 2)make a creative thinking to solve problems by developing patterns of self-reliance with a range of knowledge of science and technology in exploiting the natural resources that abound in the area such as development into valuable products to increase incomes. Results theme of this UNG KKN-PPM program is community empowerment through the touch of science and technology on society by exploiting the potential of the lake Limboto namely endemic fish. The method which used in this case is the empowerment of communities through science and technology transfer. This method is used by students of KKN-PPM in empowering the target group. The issues that want to resolve together are 1) processing method to extends the shelf life. 2) Development of fish processed into other products that provide added value in terms of both production and economic terms. 3) Improved governance and management of marketing strategies to support the continuous sustainability of the programs. The result achieved was 95% group of people already know. The indicator of these result by Increasing of skills to process materials into product and and enthusiastic group of people in marketing their products in various segments to support business continuity.
