Article 20 (I) The first Amendment to The 1945 Constitutidn of The Republic of-Indonesia:
The House of Repsentative shall hold the autharity to establish laws. And each bill shall be
discussed ny tni Aouse of Representatives and the President to reach ioint approval. The
1945 Constitution amendment still uses the distribution of power, it doesn't use the separation
of power.
