Farmer’s experience in soil processing has resulted in local wisdom practice using ameliorant ash in tomato, big chilly, and sweetcorn cultivation activities in ombrogenous peatland. This study was aimed to know the local wisdom practice in ombrogenous peatland. It used observational method by keeping pace with all series of activities done by the farmers for a one-year cycle. Results revealed that in one-year cycle, the production reached 2.629 tons per 0.1 ha for tomatoes, 1.122 tons per 0.1 ha for big chilly, and 3,584 cobs per 0.1 ha for sweetcorns, respectively.
